The Studio Student plan gives students access to everything Qobuz has to offer.

We’re talking about a catalog spanning over 100 million tracks, covering everything from rock and hip-hop to classical and world music. Plus, a lot of indie, jazz, electronic, and folk thrown in for good measure.

But it’s not just about quantity, especially since quality is where Qobuz really shines.

With this plan. you’ll be treated to high-fidelity audio formats ranging from CD-quality FLAC 16-bit/44.1 kHz all the way up to Hi-Res audio at 24-bit/192 kHz.

With the right equipment, that means you’ll get to enjoy tracks of the highest quality possible.

Just like the standard Premium plan, the Student plan also comes with access to Qobuz Magazine. Here, you can explore curated playlists, insightful reviews, artist interviews, and deep dives into various genres and labels.

And here’s a neat little bonus: the plan also includes Soundiiz, a handy tool that lets you transfer your playlists from other services without breaking a sweat. So, you won’t need to leave your carefully crafted playlists behind when you make the switch.

To take advantage of the Studio Student plan, eligible students must be 18 to 25 years old and enrolled in an accredited college or university.

If that fits you, here’s how to sign up:

  1. Head over to the Qobuz website.
  2. Create an account and verify your student status through an easy process using a third-party service.
  3. Once you’re verified, you’re good to go with a 30-day free trial.

You can cancel the free trial anytime. But, after that month, you’ll automatically switch to the paid Student Plan.

Students can keep this subscription for up to two years. But, at the end of the first year, you must verify your student status again to keep getting the discounted price.

If you find yourself no longer eligible or forget to re-verify, don’t panic. Your plan will simply transition to the standard Studio Solo plan. No surprises, no fuss.
