Record Store Day, an annual celebration of independent record stores since 2007, returns on April 12 with more than 300 special releases.
The event offers exclusive vinyl pressings and limited editions available only at participating shops. From rock to pop to everything in between, there’s no shortage of vinyl picks to choose from.

Post Malone – Post Malone Tribute to Nirvana
Post Malone’s legendary 2020 Nirvana covers livestream finally has a vinyl release.
The 14-song performance features Travis Barker on drums, Brian Lee on bass, and Nick Mac on guitar.
Besides access to good music, buying this also counts as a good deed. All proceeds will benefit MusiCares’ Addiction Recovery/Mental Health division.
Taylor Swift – Fortnight
Taylor Swift’s collaboration with Post Malone comes to white vinyl.
The 7-inch release includes the original “Fortnight” and the BLOND:ISH version, marking the first time the popular remix appears on vinyl.
George Harrison/Beck – Be Here Now
Record Store Day’s Song of the Year for 2025 pairs George Harrison’s “Be Here Now” with Beck’s cover version.
The double A-side 12-inch single features the 2024 mix of Harrison’s original from “Living in the Material World” and marks the first physical release of Beck’s cover.
Rage Against the Machine – Live On Tour 1993
This 2-LP set captures 10 untouched live recordings from RATM’s first world tour.
The collection includes performances of all songs from their self-titled debut album, recorded in various cities. One side features an artistic etching.
Wu-Tang and Mathematics – Black Samson, The Bastard Swordsman
The first Wu-Tang release from all nine members since 2014 arrives on 180-gram audiophile vinyl.
A collab with Mathematics, the album includes 12 songs, including single “Claudine.” Plus, each jacket features unique cover art, making it a true collectible.
Gorillaz – Demon Days Live from the Apollo Theater
Marking the 20th anniversary of “Demon Days”, this stunning vinyl pressing captures Gorillaz’s 2006 Harlem performance.
The double red vinyl set includes hits like “Feel Good Inc.,” “DARE,” and “Dirty Harry” in a gatefold sleeve.
David Bowie – Ready, Set, Go! (Live, Riverside Studios ’03)
Fans of the rock icon have reason to celebrate: Bowie’s 2003 livestream performing his album “Reality” comes to double vinyl.
The record includes the complete 11-song set plus three previously unreleased tracks.
Charli XCX – Number 1 Angel
Charli’s 2017 mixtape gets pressed on apple-colored vinyl. Featuring production from Sophie, A.G. Cook, and Danny L Harle, the mixtape showcases Charli’s futuristic pop sound and includes collaborations with artists like MØ, Uffie, and Cupcakke.
Passengers – Original Soundtracks 1 (30th Anniversary Edition)
U2 and Brian Eno’s experimental 1995 album receives a 30th-anniversary remaster on recycled black vinyl.
The release features guest appearances from Howie B, Japanese singer Holi, and Luciano Pavarotti.
The Killers & Bruce Springsteen – Encore At The Garden
This 12-inch pressing documents The Killers’ three-song encore with Bruce Springsteen at Madison Square Garden from October 1, 2022.
With only 5,000 copies available, you might want to gear up for a fight.
Tom Waits – Get Behind the Mule (Spiritual) b/w Get Behind the Mule
Tom Waits gets “Spiritual” for Record Store Day. A previously unreleased version of “Get Behind the Mule“ arrives on 7-inch vinyl.
This alternate take features Waits’ gospel moans backed only by a Wurlitzer, offering a starker intensity than the original LP version.
Joni Mitchell – Live 1976
Compiled from hours of previously unreleased recordings, this collection showcases Joni Mitchell’s 1976 national tour with the L.A. Express.
The 3LP offering on 140g black vinyl includes live performances from various stops across the country.
Wicked: The Soundtrack
The film adaptation’s soundtrack arrives for Record Store Day 2025 on green and pink glitter vinyl.
This limited and numbered set includes a bonus track, “Ozdust Duet,” previously only available digitally, plus exclusive cover art and a special poster.
Gracie Abrams – Live from Radio City Music Hall
Abrams’ Radio City performance spans 22 tracks across two LPs.
The set includes songs from “Good Riddance” and “The Secret of Us,” including hits “That’s So True” and “I Love You, I’m Sorry.”
John & Yoko/Plastic Ono Band – Power To The People
Lennon’s final full-length solo concert gets pressed on yellow vinyl.
The EP features four tracks from the 1972 Madison Square Garden benefit shows, including three previously unreleased performances.
Oasis – Time Flies… 1994-2009
Oasis’ singles collection returns to vinyl for the first time since 2010. The numbered set includes four colored LPs limited to 15,000 copies worldwide.
Fred Again… – Actual Life Piano Live
The Fred Again… “Actual Life” piano live sessions will finally be available across three vinyl records.
Each album comes pressed on magnolia-colored vinyl, limited to 5,000 copies each worldwide.
The Cure – The Head on the Door (Picture Disc)
The Cure’s sixth studio album debuts on picture disc for Record Store Day 2025.
Remastered by Robert Smith and cut at Abbey Road Studios, the release includes singles “Inbetween Days” and “Close To Me.”
Beabadoobee – Live and Acoustic in London
Recorded at London’s Lafayette in 2024, this red slushy vinyl captures Beabadoobee performing with her band and a string section.
The setlist includes “Coffee,” “Take a Bite,” and “Glue Song.”
Bluey – Burger Dog Picture Disc
The popular Bluey song gets its first physical release as a picture disc.
The 7-inch features an extended version of “Burger Dog” plus a special “Burger Dog Version” of the Bluey theme tune, complete with original artwork and printed lyrics.
