Orange you glad they didn’t just stick to black and white?

Nothing’s sub-brand, CMF, is gearing up to expand its product line with the launch of two new audio devices: the CMF Buds and the CMF Neckband Pro.

The new headphones are set to be unveiled alongside the Nothing Phone (2a).

These are designed to merge high-quality audio features with an eye-catching design, all at an accessible price.

The CMF Buds are set to draw attention not only with their sound but also with their distinctive bright orange case.

This case features a notable circular shape in the top left corner. While CMF hasn’t explained what this is for, yet, we can assume this will function as a button or a hinge to open the case.

The vibrant orange color with silver accents is similar to CMF’s other products. This reflects the brand’s focus on three elements: color, material, and finish.

But the Buds aren’t all about looks. These are equipped with 12.4mm drivers and are advertised to deliver “best in class Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)”. However, CMF hasn’t shared any other details regarding that.

They are also set to come with five microphones to ensure crystal-clear calls. And, they’ll feature the ultra-bass technology 2.0. This allows users to customize their listening experience with five adjustable bass levels using the Nothing X app.

Not much detail has been shared about the CMF Buds. But they are expected to follow the lead of the existing CMF Buds Pro in terms of their other features. This includes 11 hours of playtime (extending to 39 hours with the charging case), Bluetooth 5.3 support, and IP54 dust and water resistance.

CMF Neckband Pro Features

The CMF Neckband Pro stand out as the first neckband to offer a hybrid ANC that is promised to reduce up to 50 dB, setting a new standard in the category.

These headphones share the vivid orange color scheme and silver accents of their earbud counterpart. But, these introduce a circular motif that functions as a rotating dial, presumably for volume and playback control.

They’ll also have the same adjustable bass technology as the CMF Buds.

Again, not much detail has been revealed about the headphones yet. But we can expect to know more when they get launched on March 5.

Where to Buy

Both the CMF Buds and Neckband Pro will be initially available at the Nothing Store Soho in London on March 5. However, the brand is planning to expand availability to other retail outlets following the launch.

Aside from orange, these will also come in white and black color options, as teased on the brand’s X (Twitter) page.

While specific pricing will be revealed on the 5th, they’re expected to follow the other CMF products’ footsteps in terms of pricing. So, we can expect them to be relatively affordable, despite their advanced technical features.

For reference, the CMF Buds Pro were priced at $49, and the Watch Pro was at $69 upon release.
